I-TRACING is looking for a new talent to join our growing team in Kuala Lumpur!

Within our System Security Team, you are responsible for the implementation, the administration, the supervision, support, and evolution of the various security solutions implemented for our key account customers.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Ensure and contribute to the operational maintenance of SOC, hosted systems and associated safety equipment

2. Remotely administer our customers’ servers and security solutions

3. Support customers with SN2/SN3 technical support requests

4. Collaborate on updating procedures and documents

5. Support some evolution or redesign projects

6. Participate in security solutions analysis and reporting to protect strategic customer information and infrastructure!

7. Be the last line of defense before a disaster by ensuring implementation and testing required before deployment

8. Perform corrective and scalable maintenance of application test scenarios

The ideal candidate has:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT

• Ideally a first similar experience in security, systems and networks, with an appetite for small developments

• Dynamic, curious and on-going technology watch

And ideally, having the following skills:

• Systems: Windows, Linux, VMware

• Cloud: Azure, AWS, GCP

• IP networks and services: DNS, proxy, NAC, LDAP/AD, Bastion

• Security: firewall, WAF, IDS/IPS, SIEM, authentication, database security, vulnerabilities, DLP, DDoS protection, PKI

• Log management would be a plus

• Or more specifically security vendor solutions such as: Splunk Proofpoint, Alsid, CyberArk, Wallix, Netskope, Kaspersky, PaloAlto, OneIdentity, Forcepoint, etc.
